Before you start

Open the Traceback app to copy your personal forwarding number, and have your Golan Telecom login (your mobile number) handy. That's everything you'll need.

Open the Golan Telecom self-service portal at golantelecom.co.il and sign in using your mobile number.

Open "More actions"

From your personal area, scroll down until you see "More actions" and tap to open it.

A new menu appears. Scroll until you find "Follow me" and select it.

Pick the "Follow me" option

Three options will appear. Pick the one labelled "Follow me" specifically.

Enter your forwarding number

Enter your Traceback forwarding number, then tick the top checkbox: when the line is busy, the call goes directly to the number you set.
