Want to change the carrier listed in your Traceback settings? You can, but it's worth knowing this setting is cosmetic and doesn't affect whether reveals work.
The carrier shown in settings is visual only. To change it, contact support, but it won't change how the app works. You could have Golan Telecom listed while actually being on Cellcom, and reveals will still work fine.
How to Change It
- Open the Traceback app.
- Tap the support button at the top to message us on WhatsApp.
- Ask us to update the carrier shown on your account.
- We'll update it for you.
Why It Doesn't Affect Reveals
The carrier label is just a display setting. What actually matters for reveals is call forwarding being active on a supported line. So even if the listed carrier doesn't match your real one, your No Caller ID reveals keep working as long as your forwarding setup is in place.
